Questions about Dell 3010cn Toner Cartridges

Q: Our Dell 3010cn printer is saying “reseat fuser” but we don’t what this means. Any thoughts?

A: Open both covers of the printer, push up the lever on the right side of the printer in order to remove the drum unit, grab it by the handle and pull it out.
