Q: How long does it take to ship to me?

A: The time it takes to ship to you depends on the method of delivery you choose and your locations. We use UPS and USPS as delivery methods. The delivery options we offer will have it to you between one and five days based on your delivery selection. International shipping will take longer.

 


Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: We do offer free UPS Ground service on all orders over $50.00

 


Q: When will my order ship out?

A: If your order is placed at or before 3:00PM EST, your order will ship out the same day.

 


Q: How can I check on the delivery status of my package?

A: At the time your order is packed for delivery, we will send you an email to address provided with the tracking information on your package. You can track your package through out it being delivered.

 


Q: What shipping method will be used to send my international order?

A: All of our international orders are sent USPS International Mail. You have the option of it being sent Priority International Mail(Approx. 6 - 10 days) or Express International Mail (Approx. 1 - 5 days)

A: We have a No Hassle Return Policy. If you order our cartridges and they do not work properly, we will take them back and issue you a refund for the product purchased.
