Also try using your cleaning tools on the Imaging Units as well. This is the wand that is clipped inside the front door. There are also little blue knobs on the units you can pull out and push in a few times to clean wires inside the units. Don't touch the drum with your fingers; you can also try cleaning it with some alcohol and a q-tip. This should solve the problem; if not, you will have to change it
