A: It seems to be a problems with the imaging unit, if you have replace the cartridges and the prints are still light, then you need to replace the opc drum.
Q: Every time I print something I get smudged copies. It prints a lite image from a previous copy which is not always the same. Any thoughts?
A: This is usually caused by the fuser section being left in envelope mode. To change it, open the door in the right side of the printer and look at the levers on the fuser unit, they shouldn’t be pointing to the envelope system, if they are, push them upwards.
Q: My bizhub c250 is showing that the transfer unit needs to be replaced; it means the kit including belt or just the unit?
A: It means that you will need to replace the whole unit
Q: I have blue lines appearing down one edge of the paper printouts. What can I do to solve this problem?
A: If the lines are only in blue, I think the problem might be the cyan imaging unit, you can release it from the machine and look at the drum to see if the lines are there (the drum is the greenish colored cylinder) , it should be clean with no lines of toner, fingerprints or scratches. Also try using your cleaning tools on the Imaging Units as well. This is the wand that is clipped inside the front door. There are also little blue knobs on the units you can pull out and push in a few times to clean wires inside the units. Don't touch the drum with your fingers; you can also try cleaning it with some alcohol and a q-tip. This should solve the problem; if not, you will have to change it
Q: Every time I print in color, there's a blue streak across the page, what can I do?
A: the problem might be cyan toner dust inside the printer; the best way to solve this is vacuuming the inside of the printer, especially around the imaging unit and toner cartridge
