Step 1: Turn the printer on and open the front cover by pressing the button shown in the picture.
Step 2: Hold the green handle of the drum unit and pull it out until it stops. Keep in mind that you shouldn't leave the drum unit out for too long. If drum unit is exposed to sunlight or room light for a long time, the unit may be damaged.
Step 3: Hold the used toner handle to push it toward the machine to unlock it. Then pull it out of the drum unit.
Step 4: Push to release the latches of the corona wire cover, and open the cover.
Step 5: Clean the corona wire by sliding the green tab from left to right and right to left several times.
Step 6: Make sure you have returned the tab to its initial position, then close the corona wire cover.
Step 7: Unpack the new toner cartridge and shake it from side to side to distribute the toner evenly.
Step 8: Pull off the protective cover.
Step 9: By holding the handle of the toner cartridge, slide it into the drum unit and ull it toward you until it clicks into place.
Step 10: Push the drum unit in and close the front cover.

Answer: To solve this issue you just need to go to Scan Setting in the App and change Scan Type from Color (Fast) to Color. This should make the margin dissapear.
