Warranty
We are confident about our products and we want you to be confident when placing an order with us. We offer a 1 year, 100% satisfaction warranty in all cartridges. Just give us a call to 1-888-977-2229, or email our support department at sales@imagetoner.com , and we will issue an RMA number for you. Please make sure that you are buying the right toner cartridges for your printer model, if you have any questions about compatibility please contact us before placing an order.

Restocking Fee
Please make sure that you are ordering the right cartridges for your printer when you place and order with us. Every cartridge that is returned to us goes to an extensive process to check quality standards. For that reason a 20% restocking fee is charged in situations when there is no fault from our part, like ordering the wrong cartridges or a request to cancel an order already shipped. If you need to cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible, most of our orders are shipped the same day.

Returned Packages
If for any reason you are unable to retrieve your package from our shipper and it is returned to us, we are happy to send you a refund check, less shipping charges or you may opt to have us re-deliver it to you. If you choose to have it re-delivered, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Image Toner does not assume responsibility for orders with incorrect shipping addresses. Orders with incorrect shipping addresses may be re-routed by UPS or returned to Image Toner as undeliverable. If the shipment is re-routed by UPS a $5.00 charge is assessed to the billing party directly by UPS.
