Questions about Ricoh 1232c Toner Cartridges

Question: I’m getting printouts in color with a red-violet tone, this printer copies colors accurately but prints them badly. I have reinstalled the driver and adjusted the color balance but nothing seems to work. For example if I print something in grayscale, instead of gray I get shades of magenta ricoh 1232c toner. How can I fix this?

Question: I have a Ricoh 1232c printer and the display panels says “Used Toner Bottle - 1 is full”. What should I do?
