Our inclusive one year warranty has no hidden catches; you can return the products back to us for a full refund or exchange. We will send you a prepaid domestic return shipping label at our cost.

• Our warehouse will receive and inspect your return, usually within 72 hours after received, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or payment method.

Returned Packages 
If for any reason you are unable to retrieve your package from our shipper and it is returned to us, we will refund your payment less shipping charges or you may opt to have us re-delivered to you. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping charges. 

Incorrect Shipping Address and Wrong Orders 
Image Toner does not assume responsibility for orders with incorrect shipping addresses. Orders with an incorrect shipping address may be re-routed by UPS or returned to Image Toner as undeliverable. If a shipment is re-routed, UPS or USPS will charge a fee of $10 that will be transferred to the customer. Buyers will pay any extra shipping costs incurred by ordering the wrong cartridges.
