Exercise your peepers and keep them healthy

Have you noticed how blurry you start seeing after working all day on your computer?

This is a sign that it is time to take care of your eyes and exercise them!

Yes, we are not crazy, there are actual real routines to keep your peepers healthy. They are designed to improve focus, eye movements, and stimulate your brain, too.

One of the easiest and fastest routines is the 20-20-20 rule. All you have to do is to look 20 feet into the distance for 20 seconds, every 20 minutes.

To make easier for you to remember, we made a printable graphic you can place near your desk.

You can download it as PDF, JPG, and Ai, in case you want to change some colors!

We printed a couple with our Xerox 7545 toner and placed them all over the office to remind everyone it!
